This is a special VIP promotional figure given to industry professionals at the "invitation only" private Wizard World party on August 6, 2005 to announce the 'Angel' license for block figures, plush, and props going to Palisades Toys. General attendees to the WW convention did not have access to the VIP only party and thus this figure is the crown jewel in the PALz line. We have very few of these.
